Reliance CDMA Service — Unwanted charges for unwanted service

I am using reliance cdma phone for past 6 months and i dont even attend any of IVR calls.( All IVR landline comes ends with 00 and if it is mobile, i pick up n cut the call) beyond this I never have any connection with these IVR people. Now they are sending an SMS stating that I activated BAKWAS service thru IVR and I will be charged Rs. 10 for 10 days. When I called the customer care, one guy with no name hung up on me and the other guy named suresh told system is updating, even these two guys are not giving me the nodal officers number or any other supervisors number. Please help me in this regards sir.
