Reliance CDMA Service — Call center Executive Bad Behavior

I am Dattatray Bhgwan Wagh , Reliance CDMA Prepaid Customer

I suffering bad experiences of Reliance CDMA Costumer care Executive Name As "Farukh Shaikh" Mumbai branch,
when I call to call center no. [protected] Dated 22nd August 2011,Timing-10:48 Am. Call Duration - 18:35 min, that time " Farukh shaikh " told me talk in Hindi i cant give u information in marathi ,i[censored] ask the information then u have too talk in hindi only otherwise i am not provide information to u...I request to your executive If you not getting My language Marathi then transfer the phone call to another executive who able to understand my language marathi or your manager, he replied i cant. when i told him i take a action on it And i also Complaint to TRI,Then he Coolaly Replayed do what ever. ..Respected officer Now my humble request to u we have to solved our problem for that there is necessary or any particular Rule/Completion to talk in only Hindi/English,not in marathi. Now tell me please " Mumabai branch " there no one executive who can understand marathi....??

Reliance is going down, peak time is over . they dont have qualified employee. One can visit any webworld, & notice about it.
