[Resolved] Reliance Cellular — amount deduction regarding | |||
Sir, I bring to your kind notice that the available balance in my reliance cellular number [protected] is Rs. 71.50 was deducted and balance 0.00 only available in my account. I don't know how it happened overnight on 31.3.2013. There is no immediate action from customer care people of the concerned network operator when I approaching in this regard on 1st April, 2013. I'm using Rcom pre-paid cellular service for long back n being an old and ordinary subscriber Co. is deducting my Balance through Activating USELESS VALUE ADDED SERVICES without my Consent on periodically Basis n its a 06th time. Dear Customer,

I HAD PLAYED FOUR CONTEST ON RELIANCE MOBILE NAMED AS ;1.RELIANCE WIN A CAR CONTEST 2.NUMBER DABAO CONTEST 3.GALAT JAWAB CONTEST 4.DOUBLE CAR DHAMAKA CONTESTBETWEEN OCTOBFR 2007 TO MARCH 2008 BUT AFTER PASSING NEAR ABOUT 2YEARS THERE IS NO RESULTS REGARDING THESE CONTESTS DECLAIRED.
I HAD SPENT MORE THAN 5 LACKS IN THESE CONTESTS .THIS IS BIG FROUD WITH ME .
SO THAT WHAT NESSESARY ACTIONS SHOULD BE TAKEN.
