RELIANCE CELLULAR — Call Dropping since last 2months but no heed
I am Raman Bhatia, my Reliance CDMA number is [protected].I am a user of Reliance. I have been regularly facing the problem of Call Drop in my connection. The first complaint I made was on 10.01.2010(Complaint no.[protected] by calling up at Customer Care. However the problem was not solved Yet according to the customer care the problem was solved and the complaint was dismissed. Then on 26.01.2010 (Complaint no.[protected] I were informed of the fact that my handset maybe problemmed, On changing same. The problem still continued.Then I paid my visit to the Customer Care on 04.02.2010(Complaint No.[protected] and from the Customer Care, Saraswati Vihar, Pitampura mailed the Reliance Communication . However still the problem persisted. Today I again called up the company, 14.01.2010 (Complaint No.[protected] And they have told me, it will take them another 5days to look into same. I have given an advertisement in the newspaper, and due to this kind of carelessness on the part of the Reliance Cellular, I have faced heavy economic losses. And want to seek redressal for same immediately. Incase of delay of more than 2days, I will sue the company at your cost and expenses. Sucha big name Relaince, Good for nothing.
