[Resolved] Reliance coin box — Poor Service | |
We are running a shop at Tindivanam at Tamilnadu near to Pondicherrry. We bought one coin box for as local PCO paid in cash Rs.3900/ only & now the phone is not working. I have visited many times to agency guys as there is no Reliance webworld is located.Agency guys are telling they cant repair the coinbox.Again they are asking to pay an amount of 2500/ for new coin box. Reliance coin box — Regarding Disconnection of service
R/ Sir, MadamI have Relince prepaid coin box. but since last one month the service was disconnected and relince distributors do not take any necessory action. I was also trying to call custmor care but they asking for some code that i do not have. so no result was found .My coinbox no. is -[protected] So please resume the service as early as possible.
