[Resolved]  Reliance coin box — E reacharge/ out going and incoming all bared

Iam having coin box connection o[censored]r brand and my scheme is a prepaid one. My number is[protected]. I had small problem in my connection box i.e amplifier and then I got it repaired from the dealer from who I got my connection. But Iam not getting connection. I had a balance of Rs.4, 200/- but ur network says that there is no balance. When I went and asked ur dealer he says that he is not interest in ur service and he says that he got relieved from ur dealership. Iam keeping ur coin box inside my shop and Iam in a loss of Rs.4, 200/- which is the balace when I gave my amplifier for repair. Kindly go through my problem and make my connection or if not kindly disconnect my connection and pay my advane along with the balance of Rs.4, 200/- Make it as early as possible.

Most humbly I've to say that I'm the owner of a Reliance coin box, details of which r as follows:
no:[protected], place:munger, Bihar, validity expirey:April2011.
Sir I've sufficient balance to run the connection for a period of 4-5 months, and in order to avoid disconnection of the same I need following informations:
1) is there any recharge coupon which only extends the validity, without any talktime? Becoz local vendors don't posses sufficient knowledges,
2)can the device be used for internet surfing through laptops, if so how n at what rates?
3)how long can the connection remain idle after validity xpirs, so that the old balance remains upto next recharge.
Since I'm not in Munger right now so plz call at[protected].

We are getting every day 10 to 11 o clock mid night call my Reliance Coin box number[protected]. The guy who was speaking using bad and sexy words To my family. Even i try to speak, but he never ready to speak with me, Only he ready to speak with womens. so please take appropriate action on that guy who is speaking on this Coin box Number.

ours is a residential school.Children solely depend on the coin phone for contacting their parents.Service is so poor that we are forced to wind up the connection.for the past one month the phone is under repair.

We have reliance coin box in eluru West godavari dist and we given amount to dealer last one month back for recharge. Tilll now amount is not credited in my account. I want to complaint on this to reliance managemnet.

Please can i know complaint number/who to approach to make a complaint on this same.

sar my name chandu, i have coin box in shamshabad my number is [protected] so before this number he gave me my own reg number [protected] this my actual number so ok no problem but backup is not good if current goes so phone will not work. coming to recharge very very bad amount given also he wont recharge only he say tower is low so thats why not getting recharge please do some thing finally i am getting to leave this coin box, recharge problem is there only recharge problem.

Reliance coin box — REGARDING RECHARGE

PLEASE PROVIDE THE RECHARGE AVAILABLE WITH VALIDITY, AS HERE IT VARIES SOME OF THE COUNTER. EXAMPLE: ONE SAYS 200 AND OTHER SAYS 250 AND SOME 180 SO WHO IS THE RIGHT PERSON TO GET RECHARGED.

I also have a Reliance coinbox([protected]) at our store-Yellandu (khammam-dist), I paid 1500 rupees to a coinbox rechage agent (Riyaz-[protected], Kothagudem) for a one year plan on 10th-july, he recharged but after 45 days its not working, when I checked the balence it is saying "you have 0 (zero) balence, your validity is expired on 25 of august, kindly recharge". When I tried to call that agent he is not answering my call and he always closes his shop. I dont know whom to escalate, and why RELIANCE is not looking after this coinbox service. Over all I have very bad experince with Reliance Coin Box service.
