[Resolved] Reliance Data Card Broadband — Received Bill after Termination of service | |||
Hi This complaint is in continuation to request: reliance-datacard-broadband-c793294 After this complaint, I received call from Reliance and https://www.consumercomplaints.in that the service has been terminated and I'll not receive any more bills or calls to pay bill. Whereas I received bill on Jan-9-2013 mentioning amount of Rs.512/- with last date as Jan-23-2013. Check attached photo. Reliance Data Card Broadband — Slow as per commitment
Hi, My complaint is about fake commitment by Reliance Net connect which is a part of Reliance Communication. On 24th March 2010 I asked a sales agent for a demo of Reliance Net Connect Broadband+ .The Demo was fine speed was sober enough but not as per their commitment. Now the next day I bought the data card from the same direct sales guy,now when i am using my data card the speed has become half of what it was there in the demo.where as i have checked the speed of the demo version in www.speedckeck.net it was somewhat .90mbps but now when I checked the speed of my data card I saw it was some where .25mbps & its not a matter of one day the next day is same.So beware of fake commitment by Reliance Net Connect.Reliance Broadband+ — billing
I request them for disconnect my data card no [protected] from last three month but all time they call & tell new plan but they never activate that plan .When i got my bill i seen the older bill with late fine.there billing department executives call every times for paying the bill .
But till date there is no any solution i get.
so please take some action to resolve this issue.

Reliance Broadband+ — termination of service
i am very sorry to inform you that i have a reliance broadband+. i got a SMS that my no. is specially selected for a offer that is " recharge for 100/- Rs and get 2 GB with validity of 30 days:. i went to nearest web world and got recharge with same offer. but now service is dispended before 2gb data and time.my broadband+ no. is [protected](Somvir). please look into matter and resolve it to make a faith in your company

Reliance Data Card Broadband — service, billing not perfect
sir,I have got the relaince datacard connections in jan31 2011. They said that i will be getting 5gb for month, but when i use it and within a week the 5gb is reduced to 240kb and again the 5gb will be given to me in next month. In this process the connection is very slow and I am not able to do any work.When i contacted them about this and there is no proper reply and also the billing is not clear and confusing.I request the members to think before buying the relaince datacard.
Reliance Broadband+ — RELIANCE THE BULLSHIT LOOTER WITH CHEEP CHINA USB MODEM
I brought a Broadband data card 4 months back , had been functioning ok, For the last 15 days internet is disconnecting frequently.....CRAP. The service & customer are with sweet words. I feel I made a mistake Now I understand the RELIANCE is not RELAIBLE is nothing but a cheeter as most of the public in India belive......no solution for the last 15 days.
