Reliance Demat account — Delay | |
dear Sir/Madam: I got client code and applied for Demat Account on 07Jan08 with Cheque of Rs. 500.00. I could not get any reply from them so far. even I called and waited for an hour to the cistomer care number, no response. Hardly, I got any reply. what happend to my demant ac papers, i have recieved only demat a/c no. pl reply.
I advise to all the people who are interested in share trading not to apply for reliance money account due to following issues:
1. Hopeless customer service
2. Useless User interface
3. Very slow website, performance too bad
4. Money never credited to your accocunt in time
5. Numerous complaints but no one heards
6. Customer Care people keep on enjoying with each other and don't do any work
7. Many hidden costs
8. Everything is bloody useless about this site and people involved in it.
I can write number of other reasons but language will turn more abusive which i don't want.

I applied for Dmat account with Reliance about six month back. My application No is 1034674 till now I haven't recieved my KIT could you please let me know when I can recieve my kit. I lodge a complaint at customer care centre with complaint No- 1263696 dated 19 Jun 2008.
