I have been complaining for six months about the service related to non delivering of my sms.
The customer care executives are not willingly listen to my complaints, sometimes provide wrong information, sometimes dont give proper informayion about my complains progress, sometimes disconnect my lines, sometimes dont transfer my calls to the managers so that I can talk to manager to discuss about my complain and sometimes if they transfer my call to managers, they keep us on hold for about half an hour. Even their Zonal officer manager is also not taking my calls. Further, they even dont provide the contact numbers of their senior officers. They are totally harrashing me.
Now I have only option left is to ask for help from consumer court.
