I had taken a internet connection on my cell on 11th june 2009, I recharged with Rs.303 for the rerquired necessities.Then I called the customer care executive for the inquiry of next step.He told me first make alocal call Then send a sms to 55100 with ALL written in capital letters.after that u will receive the mobile settings.From that day to the day now I have not received the settings I have called atleast 60-70 times sometimes they say that they don't send settings, sometimes they say they dont have setings of Nokia N72 each time a new executive says a new thing I had a very bad experience and it a loss of money also.plz check If They could send the settings. Reliance (GSM) — Reliance deducted a handsome amount from my account without any information.
Hello there.I’m using reliance (gsm) service. ([protected])
Reliance deducted rs.30 from my account without informing me. After I made complain they simply answered me that my amount was deducted due to I have activated "osi s news pack".
I never got such calls as well as such sms to active that.
Now they are telling that I have active the above pack from my side, they can only be deactivate the pack, they won't be able to refund my money.

Why should I’ll be pay for which service I’m not going to use. I’m not activated that service also.
They are cheating me. There are so many people like me cheated each & every day. Please take some action about these frauds.
Reliance — Amount Deducted without any information
Dear Sir,I beg to draw your kind attention that i am using a relience no([protected]) from last 02 days i repetdly received an sms that "you have subscribe the job pack & for that Rs.30 has been deducted" after got that SMS i called customare care repeatadly but nobody can solve that problem & therefore i loose my money.After few days later again Rs.10 has been deducted without any intimation/knowlwdge of mine & wen i made the call to customar care for the same they have said the same thing
Iam get rid off this type of nusience.please help me out with this.
We should stand against in this as because like me other people also faces this kind of problem may u will also be facing the same in future..
