I am Pranav my no. is [protected] same thing happend to me too. No one is listning. I have also recharged with night callling pack n after expiry recharged with new one but unable to use the free minutes. Just reliance customer care is suckin. They are useless.

I'm also facing the same problem. I recharged The STD night calling PACK of RS 69 on 19th march. after calling 5 days that is on 25th march my all balance deducted suddenly. After asking to customer care they told ur 3 Lakh seconds has been finished.
i.e according to them 3 lakh seconds free i.e 5000 min or 83 hr...has been finsihed by me.
But Its Logical that if any body calling from 11 pm to 6 am continuously 19th march to 24th march he only can expend 7 hr per day i.e 6*7=42 hr...How can he finish 83 hr...
They are not having any answer except i have used 3 lakh seconds...
If anybody can help me ...Plz leave a certain comment on my Mobile

Hi, It seems almost everyone are facing issues in the services offered by Reliance. They are deducting the balances for the services which I have not actually requested for. And the response from the CC is like it has already been deducted and can't be refunded back. And who is responsible for this?. Can somebody help us out. This happened for 5 times in my case!!!. This really sucks..
