[Resolved] Reliance-gsm — Call Failure | |
Sir, my number is [protected].The problem is that whenever i try to make calls call failure occur.Local Reliance Stores are saying that the sim is rejected.But they are not able to show some valid reason to do so.It is not my fault, then why should I pay for this?Reliance customer care service is so bad, plz sir help me out. Reliance GSM — account balance malfunction
Reliance GSM service suddenly decreased my cell phone account balance from RS 39.xx to RS 9.xx activating some value added service for which I NEVER asked them (mobile no.[protected]). Their customer care executives are lying to me saying that I've sent the VAS activation request from my mobile phone, and they are also saying that this money is non refundable.So, if any reliance officials are listening, I just want to say, STOP being dishonest and cheater, cheating innocent people to make money, and GIVE MY MONEY BACK.
