I was recharged my number [protected] -5 august 2015 of Rs.79.But I cannot get any STD minutes.. balance is deducted from my main balance. I called 10 times to Reliance customer care, but they do not have proper information.. I am not satisfied with your services.. Executives giving very poor feedback. They cut calls and transferring my calls..Still suffering from this issue. I request you to please refund my money back or activate Rs.79...

i am using reliance gsm mobile service. mobile no.[protected]. my name is fahad. the company has deducted Rs 100 each from my balance on two consecutive days.On 10th june 2013 and 11th june 2013. when i am calling to their customer care the call is isnt getting connected to their customer care executive. they have withdrew my service to talk to customer care. i am much in problem. please help as soon as possible....

I would like to raise the issue with this forum. Reliance has activated CRBT service without my consent. I recieved a message saying that CRBT has been activated and Rs 10 was deducted my Prepaid Account Balance.


Reliance should not do such type of mean activities of making money and make sure that from ext time the mistake is not repeated....

sir i am using reliance gsm servive bearing number [protected].My complaint is that my balance got deducted to minus without any reason. i never used or activated any service for my number but still my balance around 35 INR got deducted from my account.I tried to contact customer care but they are not giving any satisfactory reason for my complaint.This has happened thrice from the last 2 months. I am Reliance GSM user, My no is [protected]. There was a pack namely NAZARA COMIC PACK was activated on my number on 4 Jan'2010. I had requested to RGSM to deactivate the pack(Req. S.R. No.-[protected] on 5th Jan 2010. After that I had not received any alerts or any msgs from RGSM as NAZARA PACK. so thought that pack has deactivated. But on 3rd Feb 2010 RGSM again deduct Rs. 30 from my Account balance. So i have...

Sir, my number is [protected].The problem is that whenever i try to make calls call failure occur.Local Reliance Stores are saying that the sim is rejected.But they are not able to show some valid reason to do so.It is not my fault, then why should I pay for this?Reliance customer care service is so bad, plz sir help me out.
