[Resolved] Reliance Gsm (J&k) — service charged and activated without my knowledge | |||
I am a postpaid customer([protected]) of Reliance gsm(j&k).news service has been activated on my number without my knowledge.when i called customer care and inquired about it,he said that i have activated the service via msgs,which i have not because msg service has not been resumed in j&k till date.And i am 100% sure that the service has been activated by the company.So please help me in the matter so that company wont charge me for their own act of activating the service without my permission. Reliance Launching Services Seems to be a good new s but they offer the worst network services Error in connection in common, Network busy is as a caller tune.
Will get frustrated with the service they provide in srinagar area of j&k am fed up their is no sence of recharching my prepaid no with special offers.
Even i lodged a lot of complaints but no response to it.
