Reliance / GSM — worst Rs: 599 unlimited plan

I've activated/recharged unlimited STD plan with Rs.599 on 4th July 2011. As per the policies it should active till 30 days after activation. I.e atleast 2nd August 2011. But this damn Reliance people are real frauds, they are deactivated on 1st August 2011 only. I've launched a complaint from 198. As per the 198 CC, I should get my 1 day time back with in 2 days. But didn't happened and also there is no update on this.
