I've activated/recharged unlimited STD plan with Rs.599 on 4th July 2011. As per the policies it should active till 30 days after activation. I.e atleast 2nd August 2011. But this damn Reliance people are real frauds, they are deactivated on 1st August 2011 only. I've launched a complaint from 198. As per the 198 CC, I should get my 1 day time back with in 2 days. But didn't happened and also there is no update on this....

Recently I bought two reliance GSM SIM in pune.i thought they are no 1 in mobile service provider.

But my assumption was totally wrong there GSM service is very very very POORRRRR.

If you are thinking of buy of Reliance GSM request you to think again again an again.


There customer service is really very poor and employees working would respond to you when you ll go to reliance department.they...
