[Resolved] Reliance GSM Services — SIM REPLACEMENT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION | |||
Dear Sir, My name is MANOJ GUPTA and i am a subscriber of yours RELIANCE GSM services. My cell no is [protected] and sim no[protected] which is available in my handset.This number is my identification from last 8 months. My physical sim is showing from 14 th of DEC sim card registration failed But why i dont know. I am belonging to seoni district when i visit my nearest RELIANCE web world at seoni they says that please call to our respective customer care. When i call to customercare on 16 th MR HEMAANT ARYA (senior executive) who is reporting to MR ROHIT YADAV says that your sim is replaced after submiting, verifying your identification documents hard copy. but replacement is not done by me so my sim has been replaced by whom permission. MR ARYA is not ready to give me any request or complaint number. When replacement is not done by me so why my sim has been replaced and how with out any document. If some crime has been done from this NUMBER who is resposable for this. For this complaint solution I have already mail to concern RELIANCE EXECUTIVES many times but no result. .
