Reliance GSM SIM — GSM Reliance SIM is not activated

I bought a GSM SIM which number is - [protected] from a salesman of the Reliance company at Indra Nagar, Rishikesh,Dehradun and he had taken alll my photocopied identity papers for activating sim on 03.01.10 but 03 days passed but the sim has not activated yet. I bought a GSM SIM which number is - [protected] from a salesman of the Reliance company at perengpeti, cuddalore, chennai and he had taken alll my photocopied identity papers for activating sim on 09.12.12 but 03 days passed but the sim has not activated yet. I request to the concerned authorities please may be activated my GSM SIM at the earliest.
