Reliance GSM — Unnecessary Money Deduction Every Month

Hi,
I am using Relience GSM connection No. [protected] since last one year. I bought this connection because of good schemes which company has offered me at the time of purchase. Since than i am very very disappointed from this relience customer care and relience services. My problem starts from that i never activated 20 Paise call plan from Relience to Relince but compnay is deducting 27 Rupees from my mobile at every month. i have lodged number of complaints few are SR.[protected] and SR.[protected] regarding my problem. No customer care guys listen and understand my problem. Even at late night hours their senior supervisors don't dare to pick the customers phone, if costumers is having very good luck might they get a chance to win a lottery if someone picks their phone and solve their issues. I went even on the relience stores in chandni chowk and also in Rajouri Garden Branch but no success till date. Also the matter of issue is that if is send sms DACT L27 to 53739 deactivate my services thousand times the messege appears DEAR BUSINESS PARTNER YOUR REQUEST COULD NOT BE PROCESSED.PLEASE TRY AGAIN WE REGRET THE INCONVENIENCE every time .. I am very very disappointed and harassed the way relience is providing their services.
I DON'T WANT TO CHANGE MY NUMBER.

Reliance GSM Card — Un-necessary Balance deduct

In last 2 Months Relaiance Communication has deducted near about Rs.200/- from my balance. I am using Relaiance GSM prepaid Card My cell number is [protected]. Kindly help me. Whenever I recharge my account they start sevices from their end. & Always told me that you have started. I am fed up of this. So I have decided to use portablity option. But Relaiance is not porting out my number to another company. Please help me.
