Mai jab jab recharge karvata hu to 10 Rs.kat leta hai. Mai koi bhi offer activet nahi karta to bhi kat lete hai. Aisa mere sath 4 bar hua. Mera no. hai-[protected] aur mai GSM ke badle CDMA sim lena chahta hu to nahi deta hai. Maine 48 Rs. ka recharge karvane se pahle customer care me pucha tha to vo bole ki sim mil jayga.

I am using Reliance GSM [protected] MB number . on 16 Mar 11 at 20 13 Hrs i got a SMS that that cricket maina service activacted and an amount of Rs 49/- has been deducted. What an amaging way to earm money. pls lodge a complaint.

Few months back without my knowledge a cricket pack was activated on my mobile. I have since then tried to contact the customer care of reliance gsm a number of times but could not as the network is always busy. Every month Rs. 30 is deducted from my balance. Please help me in deactivating this service. I have already lost 120 rupees.

I have been using Reliance past 10 month almost and recently I have started montiroing of my balance details and I got shocked that in the last week my balance twice 30 rs each time, since last 2 day I have been calling them and all the time I am getting the answer that server is bust thats why they can't provide the information why the amount has been deducted. I have not asked to activate any service despite of, they have activated PICAlert once automatically and deducted 30 rs...I really got fad up with this kind of service and want a serious action against the company. How could they deduct the amount or activate the service.
