[Resolved]  Reliance GSM SIM — balance deduction

iam using a reliance gsm prepaid conection.3-4 days ago i started getting cricket scores,ganesh tips etc on my mobile and i immediately called the customer care and asked them if there are any subscription active on my number.The CC guy said no need to worry and my balance won't be deducted.this morning i got a message saying after 10 hours my balance will be deducted for renewing the cricket and ganesha tips and other subscriptions.I called the Customer Care again and their reply was the same "sir don't worry your account wont be deducted".my balance as 21 odd Rs at he time and later in the evening when i checked my balance showed -9 odd Rs. when i asked the customer care again they are saying they are yet to get any information on this and i will have to wait for 6 hours.now why should i wait for getting my refund for some thing i am not at fault for. these reliance guys are looting public. Now i want to change the service through Mobile Number Portability.please guys..don't use reliance service ever.its my biggest mistake in life
