[Resolved] Reliance GSM SIM — Loss of balance without my knowledge | |||
Sir, My name is Nikhil Raj, I've a Reliance GSM sim connection, [protected]. I lost my balance amount several times from my Reliance GSM sim connection with out my knowledge. Some packages are activated automatically on my connection. When i called the customer care, they told me it is activated by me. It is the third time i face this issue. All the past times i requested them not to activate any packages in my mobile connection automatically. But now also the packages are activating automatically and they put the charge on me. I lost my money several times due to this problem. It is not due to the problem of me, the customer, but due to the problem of service provider who don't mind these type of issues which dismiss the satisfaction of customers.
