[Resolved] Reliance GSM (Smart) — unwanted deduction of balance | |||
hello sir, i m vijay choudhary. my mobile no. is [protected]. i dont want any call from reliance company offers and the sms on the mobile of company.Because i do not how to operate the mobile on your calls. And daily sms make me disturb and many times my balance get deducted on wrong pressing of mobile keys.so please stop the company sms and calls except the balance offers. Dear Sir,
Why Rs.5/- is being deducted unnecessarily towards 20/20 cricket score update from my Mobile No-[protected].Please stop it immediately adn refund me all the deductions made and debit the same to my account.

Reliance GSM (Smart) — Deduction of Account
Sir,I am a Reliance GSM user my No. is [protected],
I have to sate that on 11th July in the evening I realised that my balance reduced by 10 paisa continuously then i spoke to customer Care and Customer officer told me that balance has been deducted towards a service related to GPRS however i never activated such kind of service. This is not the problem first time for me, I realized it before 2-3 months but I never found its solution. I also told to customer officer but there is no result. Reliance is a cheater. Now i request you to check this and please do the needful.Please give me the credit of my balance that had been deducted wrongly. I hope my problem will be addressed soon and an immediate action will be taken towards this kind of fault because due to this many customers would be suffering from same kind of problem. Please help me out.

My 30 rs balance got deducted from my main balance account by reliance company,
without any activation from my side.Please give my balance back.its fifth time that my balance got deducted.
so it was very iritating for me to be the customer of reliance group.
either you give my balance back or i change my service provider.

main bahut hi disappointed hu reliance smart GSm services se. day to day network problem badhta hi ja raha hai . aur abhi last 2 days se mere prepaid connection main jitna bhi recharge karwa rahe hai vo balance bina kisi service activation ke deduct hota ja raha hai. please iska koi solution bataiye.
