[Resolved] Reliance GSM (Smart) — illogical subtraction of account money and vague power packs | |||
Dear Friends I am here to tell you a unique story of power pack offered by Reliance GSM service. The company offers a monthly power pack of Rs.29 which gives 300000sec free talktime from 11pm to 6am. At the 22nd day of the month it claimed that I have finished all the talktime, although my good friends must know that 300000sec means 83 hours at night and they took all my account balance. Next day, when recharged the power again, I lost all my account balance and upon enquiry to the customercare, they clarified that recharging of the power within a month gives the validity but not the benefit, not even the balance worth of 300000sec. have you ever heard such ridiculous and disgusting offers where you pay for a power, and you get the damn validity instead of any benefit or balance. talktime — subtracting talktime whenever they like
i use the sim connection of airtel .today in one hour before it was fifty rupees.after 20 minutes it moves down to zero.it was not the first time he did it many times before.
