Hi my mobile number is [protected]. I recharged my 2G sim for Rs 99 GPRS pack yesterday.But after downloading a mp3 song my balance was deducted.Earlier my balance was 43 but now its only Rs 9.
Previous month I lodge a complaint for Rs 62 balance automatic deduction .But they still no solution & a new issue is here.I visited customer support @ R world but they don't have any idea why my balance is deducted.
Just say you will get your money.When I will get my money only god knows.
Please help me.
