[Resolved] Reliance GSM Smart — regarding unsubscription | |||
Hello, I am a customer of Reliance GSM( number- [protected] ). I am trying to unsubscribe the 1p sms service for last 3 months. I have sent sms to 53739, "deact pack39", and every reply came as "No default configured". When I call to customer care there is no option that i can talk to a customer care executive to explain my problem. I want to unsubscribe this service as soon as posssible, as because of this amount is deducted from my account every month. Please accept my request to deactivate 1p sms(pack 39) service. Thank you. i am peeyoush katiyar my reliance gsm number is [protected].from some days i am suffer from this problem.at my number some services is activated automatically without my request again n again.so kindly unsubscribed my present service which is my music station and refund my deducted amount.thank u.
Reliance GSM Smart — Deduction of Payment
I Tara Prasad panigrahy bearing my mobile sim no- [protected]. I was activated my hello tunes since last 8 months now i unsubscribe the same last 4 months. On dt 08.04.2011 i was received a message from reliance your hello tune subscription renewed on 09.04.2011 for 30 days then i was send a message for unsubscribe the same on dt-08.04.2011 at 09.30pm. on Dt-10.04.2011 at 08.30pm i was recharge my sim Rs.100/- and next day my main balance was Rs.28/- only. Immediately I contact to customer care center on dial the following numbers [protected],*333,*222 no respond are received that side.Kindly check the details of my uppermentioned complaints and refund my wrongly deducted amount.
