I am a customer of Reliance GSM( number- [protected] ). I am trying to unsubscribe the 1p sms service for last 3 months. I have sent sms to 53739, "deact pack39", and every reply came as "No default configured". When I call to customer care there is no option that i can talk to a customer care executive to explain my problem. I want to unsubscribe this service as soon as posssible, as because of this...

I am Relaice GSM smart Customer my no is [protected].on 29/01/2012 i put ratecutter/STD Booster Pack for Rs.25/-.AS per Reliance in this Pack first 200STD mins,they have to cut 0.25Paise/min,But they are cutting more than the prescribed amonut.If i complained to Customer care they are not giving proper reply,they are saying "i cant able to trace".I wont tolerate this,for the past 5 days i lost more than 25 Rs,due to your improper...

I had never activated jokes package on my cell number i.e. [protected]. But the Service Provider which is RELIANCE GSM (SMART) is deducting charges for that service from last three months. Whenever I call their customer care, the executive tell me that I had activated the service, then I tell him to stop that service. Even then my balance is being deducted.
