[Resolved]  Reliance High Speed Data card — Reliance data card disconnect and billing issue

I was using reliance high speed data card for past 1+ year, unlimited plan @ 850₹ per month. I request for disconnect at Dec 20012 because the connection was not as promised the speed was too slow and really unusable. After few days my connection was down and number got terminated every thing look fine till now. Suddenly one day (25 Apr 2013) I get a legal notice from reliance communication saying that I have to PAY DUE AMOUNT OF 1,400₹ and not only that PAY 58,002 (FIFTY EIGHT THOUSAND AND TWO RUPEES) FOR USING SERVICE, I still don' t know what service I used after disconnect. Here comes more worst part, I got the legal notice just 20hrs before last date and contact number provided by them can't be reached for ever.

How this issue can be solved???

Reliance Data Card — Disconnecting and no speed

Hi !!!
I m one the fooled customer of Reliance data card. I bought this card four months back the service is not good at all. When ever i connect my data card it works only for 10 to 15 mins then it get disconnected. When I m ready for send mail I come to know that net is disconnected. My number is[protected] I have complaint so many times my call is transfer to many guys. I have note down the time of my call its 1.11pm on 13 January 2008 in midnight the executive there was Mr. NITIN TORNA from DKC navi Mumbai branch. I kept holding my call for about 30 mins. When I asked him to give complaint number he says that there is no such thing. And he say this is a everyone’s complaint our technical person is working on it and it will get proper when I asked him when it will be proper he says he don’t know.
I m making myself very clear I have nothing against Mr.Nitin Torna its just to make a point that I spoke to this person so that reliance company can check and do needful.

Reliance Data Card — Billing Problem

Sir/ Madam,
I purchase Reliance Data Card on June, 09 & paid my first bill at 28/07/2009 of Rs. 275.00 as per the bill, the Receipt No: S[protected].

But yesterday evening when i tried to connect data card then i receive a new sms that your pending bill is 875.00 & in the another sms my all services has been blocked. My data card number is [protected].

Please check and confirm me on my mobile number [protected].

Reliance Data Card — Reliance

I had bought reliance data card for internet uses in 2010. I have been continousily making payment of this connection after gentreatiing bill. But this company is unable to provide me storng signal in my area because of this my internet does'nt work properly. Sometimes they don't send my bill in time because of this i had made late payment with late charges. They cut my serverice without intimate me due to late payment. And this time i had asked for my bill many times but they didn't send till now. And internet is not working at all . i lost my business due to bad service and disconnect my service without intimate me.
