[Resolved]  Reliance High Speed Data card — Inexcusable horrible Billing

This is in reference to my high speed data card with following details-

Reliance High Speed Data Card bearing No.[protected] with corresponding account No.[protected].

I think Reliance has the worst ever cooperation between its sales team and billing team.It has been around 6 months since I have discontinued your service.

I had gone to your store at adyar several times to first ask your company to stop giving me phone calls and sending posts about my bills, for months after I closed my account. The manager at the adyar store himself has called you guys several times to stop billing me.(according to him)

Now that your phone calls and posts have stopped, you are torturing me over email and SMS!!!

So, for heaven's sake, please check your databases and get your data synced. I have NOT EVEN connected this device to my computer in 2013 and everything should be crystal clear about this. this account should be deactivated with NO BALANCE DUE.

If you do not do this, I will take legal action against you, and I am sure I will find more people for a PIL. In fact, I met a customer at the store who had this after 6 years of discontinuing your service.

Today, I got an email with subject:"Advocate Notice from Reliance High Speed Data Card" from email id: (reliance.[protected]@gmail.com). Hence, my email and my complaint as it has totally crossed my tolerance levels.

reliance highspeed data card — non starting of connection

I had applied for the net connection through reliance communication website directly.They arranged for the connection through one VRITI INFOCOM PVT LTD. On Monday 27th April their executive came and deliverd the modem stating that the connection will start within 24 hours. As the connection did not started i again called up Reliance customer care on 29th April and was informed that it will take minimum 72 Hours to start the connection. Till 4th May the connection was not stsrted and againg i tried putting in a copmplaint. After more then 1 1/2 hours of talking with one mr anup and then one Mr Puneet. I asked for the egnerated complaint Number. The same was not given to me and advised that the system is not able to take my complaint. I tried talking to their manages who did not came on the line and when i asked the name of the Manager Reluctuntly i was give the name of one Ms Harvinder. Ultimatly there was no solution to the same and the comapny was not able to divelge the detaIs of the dealer also so that i can contact them. I do not understand what is the ultimate point wher my grevience will be addressd.

Reliance Data Card — Speed is Horrible.

I must say the product as well as service is pathetic. Reliance is exploiting customers and there is no resolution. On an average I am getting a speed of 2-5 KBps. Where i was suppose to get up to 144 kbps. I have already raised a complaint with reliance customer care but of no use.

Reliance High Speed Data card — unwanted billing

I am using Reliance High Speed Data Card. My data Card had closed on the month Feb-10, due to not pay the bill. But my compliances on the subject that, when my data card service has been closed then why billing to me.

Reliance Data Card — Worst Service and Billing

Dear All,

I am new to Noida.Because of my job i can here in last dec.I bought Reliance Data card on December 24th 2010.they said 3.1 mbps speed.I paid 2200/-rupees.i used only 20 days with 35 kbps speed.
i complained more then 20 times i have the mails proof i send to the reliance.
because of non connectivity and worst service i disconnected my connection and bought Tata on Jan 20th.so i used only 20 days.i called and informed about my disconnection.there is no response from the reliance.
i said i cant pay the bill for the month of jan and feb.finally without intimation they send me the legal notice to my address.
i paid 2200/- for data card and i used only 20 days.please advice me regarding the same.
