Reliance Hr Services Pvt. Ltd. — Full & Final Settelment.

Dear Sir / Madam


I was Employee of Reliance HR services pvt.ltd. working in reliance life insurance as insurance sales officer in Affinity channel Nasik Branch.
I was Resigned on 4 june 2009 but till date there is no full & final settelment of my account.
I was call to HR they say about Exit Forms but no one is in my branch who is senier to me to whom i give exit forms. that soft copy & resingnation i was already mail to Altap I khan.
So pls do needful. My Emp. Code Was RINS1339
