MY SELF M.N GUPTA HAVING A LANDLINE CONNECTION WITH RELIANCE COMPANY.I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY APPARATUS. COMPANY CHANGE THIS FAULTY SET WITH A REFRESH SETBUT THIS SET IS ALSO NOT WORKING PROPERLY. I LODGE THE COMPLAINT ON TOLLFREE NO[protected] THE COMPANY EXECUTIVE TOLD ME TO CARRY THE SET ON A GIVEN ADDRESS AND ALSO THAT THE REFRESH SET ALSO CHANGE WITH ANOTHER REFRESH SET. THIS IS A WRONG WAY OF COMPANY TO TREAT A OLD CUSTMOUR.CAN I DISCONNECT MY CONNECTION AUR THEIR IS ANY OTHER WAY TO RESOLVE THE PROBLEM BECAUSE REFRESH SET IS NOT WORK PROPERLY.
