i am from surat and i get land line conection in 2007 and now my phone instument is not working that's why i replece with new one but new one numeric kry is not proper so i return to reliance web world and they say me " I WILL GIVE YOU A NEW PIC " but steel now i don't get and they carg to me 3000/- Rs. now they don't give me my Rs. and not give me a new instument my reliacne no. is[protected] plz.
if you r not instrested to give me Rs. then ok b'cos i know your company policy your company just want to make a full but it's ok i am full but plz. give me my deposit amout wich i give you 5000/- Was this information helpful? |

Dear Sir,I got the connection for Relience landline Phone one week before, after getting this connection next day my phone is not working so, i informed the costomer representative Mr. Khyshik vyas, he infomed me that phone will start on the same day but it was not started so, i called higher authority then my phone is started and on the next day i was disconnect. so, i again called to high authority they infromed me that fault is from the main line so, i need to call at Relience landline coustemor care, i called and infrome them. They replied that your phone will start in next 48 hours, on the next day phone was started and in the afternoon it was again disconnect. i called to again Mr. khyshik vyas but he has no manner to talk with their coustmor. please note my complient againt it. I wants to disconent the line and i need my deposite back.
