I hold a reliance landline phone i have requested to the change of address on 2nd feb2009 and my complaint reference number is[protected], when never i call the customer care they agree to tranfer my phone to my new adress but no one takes iniative to resolve it, when we approch the reliance showrooms each one finger point to other, i have ever seen a worst customer service, if the same conditions is going to be continued i have to disconnect my connection.Kinldy take a immediate action for this problem Was this information helpful? |

I am reliance postpaid (cdma) user in last 7years ,mere addresh profile me minor fualt hai jo ki rcom thik nahi kar rahi hai. mera profile me add 23/56 pandey mahal naria pandeypur hai, jo ki sahi me 32/56 pandey mahal naria lanka vns hona chahiye. mene 3times correct add. proof jama kiya par add. sahi nahi kiya gya. jo ki ab mujhe MNP karvana hai ya no. band karna hai to company nahi kar rahi hai.
