[Resolved]  Reliance Landline Phone — no incoming always says phone is switch off

Dear Sirs,

My reliance landline number is not working for the last two months. I have made complaint with reliance customer care on 17th July and the complaint No.is[protected]. Until today my telephone is not working, inspite of my repeated telephone calls to reliance c.care...to fix the fault.
