[Resolved]  Reliance Living — Damaged furniture/ worst service at Reliance Living: Hyderabad

This company is horrible to deal with. We ordered One sofa set, One Bed, One dining Table six sitter, One TV Wall unit, One dresser and mirror on 31st Jan 09.
It is now Feb. 15 and I have only Bed and dinning table delivered that to those are defective pieces which has to be replaced.
We are currently in the process of trying to get our other set, but they are unresponsive to calls and we receive flakey "I'll have to look..., I'm sorry for all the trouble
But they never bothered to deliver my furniture.

I remember few names in Reliance living Banjarahills, Hyderabad shop, Please be aware about these critters, Rajesh (Get to know he is the delivery manager and even many people in reliance gives a bad feedback for him), Ebrahim. I had paied 1.4 lakh for my furniture and had a very bad experience with RelianceLiving.

Also delivery guys never handle the furniture with care and makes lots of scathes, when I called to the shop and informed they said it happens and we will do a touch up for all the scratches.

I suggest you to never go to this shop
