[Resolved]  reliance mobile connection — Non-Refund Of Outstanding Amount

I had taken a Reliance post-paid bmobile connection - Tele No [protected] - in 2004 from Jodhpur, whilst still serving with the Indian Army. On retiring from service, I shifted to Pune in May 2007, where my No was changed to [protected]. I surrendered my connection to their outlet at Aundh, Pune on 04 Jun 07. At that time, I had an outstanding unbilled usage of Rs 670.80 & a billed outstanding of Rs2.95. This was adjusted against my Security Deposit of Rs 3000/- (ILD Rs 2000/- & NLD Rs 1000/-). Thus I was supposed to be refunded Rs 2332.15, which has not yet been refunded even after more than two years since I surrendered my connection.
My repeated personal enquiries at their outlet at Aundh, Pune led to my being told that my case was being processed. Now, just a week back, when I went to the same outlet, I was told that I would get the amount due to me in this month i.e. Aug 09. However, the amount was reduced to around Rs 900/- only from the earlier Rs 2332.15, though no such mention was made to me during my earlier visits.I sought a clarification that I had been clearing my bills every month, hence how could this be possible.I was told that this was due to three subsequent bills raised by the Company, after I had surrendered my connection & the Sim Card, which just does not stand to reason!
Is the good financial health of the Company due to taking honest consumers like us for a ride, firstly by not refunding dues of their customers( in my case for more than two years now) & then by reducing the amount due to by around Rs 1300/- ?
I request your intervention in getting me my dues in toto at the earliest.
