I recently ported to Reliance gsm prepaid service. my no. is [protected]. According to their porting offer, I was untitled to receive 1p/2sec local, 1p/sec std, free gprs upto 1 gb and free sms(any network). all these and some other facilities till first three months. but to my shock, I was being charged Rs. 1 for each local and Rs. 1.5 for each std sms. i tried to call customer care but they never pick up. I'm thinking to change my no. to vodafone(if my money is not refunded as I had to subscribe to sms pack for Rs. 39) which provides best services. Was this information helpful? |

I nagesh from andhra pradesh, last week a i brought new GSM sim card and i feel very happy for thisoffer, and one more thing i feel that it is better to introduce in STD RIM to RIM offer, now u r not introduced in std offers
