I am using reliance GSM prepaid mobile service.But this service provider has deducted Rs 30 from my balance amount my complain no is[protected].when I contact customer care service they told me that I have activate this service at 2.30 a.m 21mar2011 but from my side i have not activated any service/pack.They simply deducted the amount without informing me.when I call customer care dept. they told me that they will not refund the amount. Therefore I request you kindly look into the matter,Do the needful for refunding my amount.Everytime they deducted the amount without informing us and saying that something has been activated.
