inspite of complaint twice ,no solution by telling that there was no wrong deduction. but actually wrong deduction has been done by giving message 'ur subscribed to music station for 10 days onlydue to low balance & 10 rs. has been cut' but at that time i was havin balace of 130 rs. & above so wats this "faltu "message cutting my 10 rs.

Reliance Mobile (Prepaid) — Forceful deducted from prepaid account

I am a prepaid customer of Reliance Mobile for the past 3 years. On 9th Jan 2008, I received an sms from number 51234400 that I have been subscribed to My Music Station and Rs 10/- were deducted from my account. I lodged a complaint (Complaint Nos : 61737019 and[protected] for the same for which I never received the resolution.

To my annoyance, I again received an sms from the same number on 21st Jan 2008 that my subscription has been renewed and Rs30/- has been deducted from my account. I again lodged 3 complaints[protected], 62423556 and[protected] and still my account has not been credited with the said amount.

I therefore urge to to resolve this issue ASAP. I have been unnecessarily fined for the services which I had never subscribed. Inspite of repeated calls to the customer care, there is no proper resolution of the complaints raised.

The customer care service offered was extremely bad in quality and it seems that the company is least bothered about customers and their grievences.

Hoping for a positive reply! (Although I am not too optimistic)

I have a Prepaid connection of Reliance [protected] in this from last two month when i re-charge Reliance will be deduct the amount of Rs: 16.00 without any use. After so many complaint in coustomer care, so solution by the company.

Reliance Mobile — Amount deduction from Prepaid account

I have prepaid reliance mobile number [protected], my account has been deducted Rs 15/- twice once on 21st March 2008 and second time on 5th April 2008 without any use. When inquired with customer care they informed me it is deducted for activation of my music station pack, which was never asked by me to activate.

Further, when I asked them, if Rs 30/- is deducted for activation of my music station pack, pls check whether it is activated still or not, they informed me that it is not activated in my mobile. So I remind them that for this activation already the deduction was made by them and which is never requested by me and told them to return my money back, since I never interested for this my music station. In spite of sending various mails and telecon with customer care, they are not resolving this issue.

I have prepaid reliance mobile number [protected], my account has been deducted Rs 30/- once on 15st May 2008 and without any use.

Please give me the online statement of outgoing calls from 01/05/08 to 30/05/08 to my email address

Reliance Mobile — Unnecessary Subscription

An sms from 51234400 was received on 07/05 at 06:27am informing me that I have been subscribed to My Music station and Rs30/- have been deducted from my account whereas no such request was sent by me. Now, today, i.e. on 15th July 2008 I have been informed again that my subscription have been renewed and Rs30/- have again been deducted from my account. I don’t want this subscription. I have neither used this subscription. Kindly cancel my subscription and refund my Rs60/- that have been deducted from my account against my will.

There has been deduction from my account also every month. I am thinking of terminating the Reliance Mobile number forever.

ONe solution- Do not call services.

Reliance Prepaid — Amount to be deleted unnecessarily from your prepaid account

I Kulsum the costomer of reliance communication . I have owned one mobile whose model no is 3600 & I prepaid it with 50rs in which i was able to get 48rs talktime for outgoing. But within 3 days my prepaid balance is showing only 10Rs only . I have not called to other then also how they can delete the amount from my prepaid account like this & they don't give us explaination for this .They are telling we will inform you after 24 hours . By that time i think my balance will becoming 0 . Now please help me to solve my problem & give solution to this problem.

reliace mobile — complaint against unnecassary charges

i have a reliance mobile with cell no. [protected] & i am facing a problem tht my balance is automatically decreasing day by day without any valid reasons. my account balance is decreasing day by day for the last two months i have talked abt it in customer care but they are not giving any appropriate reason for tht they r just trying to avoid me or just cut down the line & i am facing a lot problem with tht as i have given tht mobile to my mother because i am staying away from her for my job
so it is very necassary for me to have balance in tht mobile so tht my mother can also contact me when she wants to talk with me . So this is my request to u .pls help me in getting a solution for this problem as soon as possible . i will be very thankful to u

Reliance Mobile — Amount detected

I having Reliance prepaid connection. When I charged last month for Rs.56 e.rechare. I have to get the talk time of Rs45 But I got only Rs26 When I enquired their C.S they replied Rs19 was in minus balance. How can It will be in minus balance for prepaid.

This is a larger scam to mint money from xisting long term customers. I have been made a prey twice. When I decided to finally vent my ire, the Call Centre was not just apathethic to the situation, they were blatant enough to point out that I was at fault and had myself activated this sytem.

I have come to this forum to identify if my is a one off case, but seeing the exact duplication of this case, I am now very sure that there is a system to cheat in place at Rcom.

I shall take this far and hope it resolves itself.

Sir, i am sorry to re write that, i have complained many times but noyhing has been done, i am holding [protected] and [protected] and at orissa and unable to contact my native mobile or landline from both the prepaids, i can receive calls from those nos on my abovementioned prepaid mobiles but can not contact them.balance is enough .nobody is cooperating.shall i change to other operator????.please satisfy me...thanks

I Mahesh Bandari,My Mobile no-[protected](named Ajay Keerthi),To day unneccesarily deducted Rs 30/-at12:10am In my mobile for JOBS ON PHONE.I called 4m times customer care but they are telling it was done by myself and it was by IVR.,but Ihaven't received any call at that time by IVR.This is the 4th time of deducting amt.Every month they are activating any pack directly and deducting amt.Every time I am complaining abt Deduction.This time they are telling "You received IVR call and You activated it".But Ihaven't received any call at that time.This is not only my problem many persons those who are illiterate how they are identify the amount deducted by company.Please check it and do the favour of pepole
