Reliance mobile SIM card — Not activating the mob. no [protected]

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased mobile sim from shop, it became activated for one day, deactivation reason was told that I have not submitted my ID. When I went to submit my ID in Reliance web world He told me that in Jan this no. was purchased by someone else and due to non confirmation of given address service was stopped. It means I got a 2nd hand card from shopkeeper. Now if reliance persons does not helps me in activation, I am not intrested to continue reliance services. or please activate it and take my ID throug nearest web world, shopkeeper is irritating me as he is having my Id in possession from last one month.
