i purchase a 3g sim of reliance from a shopkeeper with all documents and payement done.But my sim is not yet activated.On asking he is saying that he has sent the documents now its up to company to start the service for last 8 days he is irritating me by giving lame excuses.What i should do? pls help...

Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased mobile sim from shop, it became activated for one day, deactivation reason was told that I have not submitted my ID. When I went to submit my ID in Reliance web world He told me that in Jan this no. was purchased by someone else and due to non confirmation of given address service was stopped. It means I got a 2nd hand card from shopkeeper. Now if reliance persons does not helps me in activation,...
