[Resolved] Reliance Money — Worst customer support, issue not yet resolved for more than 3 months | |
Reference : Application ID - 290511 Request ID - 250867 I applied for Dmat Account with relinace money in June 2007. The application got rejected for insufficient supportings. Even while rejecting the application the cunning Reliance Money peoples encashed the cheque worh Rs. 1250. I refiled application again attaching the copy of same cheque. in August 2007. Till then the application is held on status "Cheque details awaited". Several time I have updated the cheque clearance details with their customer care. Every the "Executive" tells me that your form will be processed within two working days. And from last 1 and half month I am getting the same reply of two days. I dont understand how long are Reliance Money's two days are. Was this information helpful? | |
