[Resolved]  Reliance Money — non availability of after market order

i have a reliance money ebroking account. at the time of opening the account, the instruction manual( i have a copy even now) gave detailed instruction on how to give an after market order (AMO), along with the photograph of the website, with a button marked AMO. however, when i actually try to place an after market order, the site says either ' this facility is not available' or ' markets are closed. hence order rejected'. considering that AMO is a standard feature available in most ebroking sites and that reliancemoney has misguided customers by providing instructions on how to place an AMO in their instruction manual, I consider this as a breach of customer rights. What action can i initiate in this regard.
