[Resolved]  Reliance Money — short selling by technical fault

both of your attention required



I m a reliance money customer since last 8 months and i am holding 10 account of reliance money for my whole family with a trust that such a big brand will treat genuinely and will be loyal to their customers but I am surprised to see that no body really takes care of the company reputation and their customers . I m a continuous trader and doing trading through your Franchisee outlet MK TRADERS.



I got a huge loss of around 1 lakhs due to the technical fault of your power trade . I informed about this to every concerned person about this but all in vain . Nobody bothers of it . following scenario happened on that day





I did intra-day of around 25850 shares of TTML on margin and out of this I squared off 22500 on the same day and rest 3350 converted into deleivery through[protected] was having the only sufficient amount to covert only 3350 share of TTML . but on the next working day i found that there are 6350 shares of ttml showing in my atst account .and my account balance was showing nagative around 1 lakhs



1 . why extra shares alloted to me automatically if I am not having the respective amount for that



I talked to cc and told about the whole sceanerio. and they replied the it happpend due to power trade technical fault and as you will sell the respective 3000 extra shares your account balance will be positive and there will no loss of your due to this fault but this commitments was false because as i sold the shares even after more then average buying price. there is a unnessary debit OF one lakhs from my account by saying that it is a penality of selling shares from your atst account . and there were no auctioned for the same trades . RELIIANCE MONEY DEDUCT MY ONE LAKHS



BECAUSE TO YOUR POOORRRR POWER TRADE CUSTOMERS R SUFFERING A GREAT LOSS AND NOT ONLY YOU LOOSING YOUR CUSTOMER BUT GETTING A BAD IMAGE ALSO .
