Reliance Money — Demat A/c limit card problem

I am a reliancemoney demat a/c holder. My a/c got
opened in Dec2007. I opened the account with Limit card PR 500-12 under which it hadto remain valid for 1 year. But the card got expired in 2 months.

Again i recharged the a/c using PR 500-12 card on 21st Feb 08. Again it is showing only 10 days remaining to be expired.

I had lodged acomplaint on the customer support on 10th mar 08 ( complaint number -806842 ). Its already 30 days over but nothing has been done. I had called them many a times, each time they say that this complaint is active and they are sending a reminder to the concerned department.

I have asked them for refunding of the second limit card amount and adjusting the first limit card duration but nothing has been done. Now the second limit card is also about to be expired.

Please look into the matter as even after calling them daily for last one month, i am getting the very irresponsible reply that they are looking into it.
