[Resolved] Reliance Money Demat Account — Painful service | |
Hi, This is Rohit Kumar Chopra.This is really such a bad experience with reliance money.I have opened this account in Jan, firstly My bank account which is interlink( standard charted), if this bank is not listed with reliance money then why they have linked my account to Standard charteded bank.Then I have submitt a request to change my bank account as well as communication address to your nehru place brach in New Delhi on 14 feb 2008, after submission they told me it will be done with in 5 working days,I have called customer care numer they said that we have received your documents on 19 of Feb and it will be done in Two working days ( complaint No :- 758420. Again i have called to Customer care then your excuitve says that we havnt receive any documents, conatact your nearst brach. Till the day i have opened my account i am not able to do even a single transcation.Is this the way to satisfy your customer.Please close my account i dont want such a painful service.
