Reliance Money Demat Account — Fully Example of poor service by all staff

Hi, i have applied a demat account of reliance money ludhiana ferozgandhi market branch. i had submitted all documents on 14-feb-2008 but my account was opened 24 march 2008. i got my kit on 27 march 08. mr gaurav bali who was opened my account is not interested to give me Demo. i talk with gaurav daily but he was not picked my phone. three times i have to go reliance money office to take a demo but no one is interested to spend his time to given demo.every time i was spend 2 or 3 hours to wait gaurav bali. i had complate to gaurav bali seniours mr. yogesh, after listing my compalte he also not pick my phone. than i visit to reliance money office and meet with monika and ask her for Branch head number, she refuse to give me branch head number.she said we cant give branch head number to any person. i take branch head number some one else and discuss all matter on 08-apr-08 he said our executive will come to ur home right now and give u demo but sorry to say no one come to my home for given any demo. now branch head mr gaurav gupta also not pick my cell and his phone is pick by amit. this is fully example of poor service by all staff. pls help me and suggest me is that right to open a demat account like that kind of peoples.

Reliance money/demat account — VERY POOR SERVICE

I had opened an Demat Account on 04/02/2008 and the name was wrongly mentioned in the account. The second name was ommited by the representative of Reliance Money. Most of physical held by me & wife (Jointly held) could not be converted electronically because of the second name ommitted in the Demat Account. Request for change was given but was asked to open a fresh Account by paying once again a processing fees of Rs.750/= without refunding the earlier money paid. Having frustrated by this I wanted to finally close the account. The representatives was not willing to do the same. A formal complaint was registed by Mail 26th feb'08 to customer.[protected]@reliancemoney.co.in but till date neither my mail has been responded not the Account closed and refund given. My Account No is DP ID[protected]. I hope this issue of mine is settled at the earliest or the same has to be highlighted to media to create an awareness among the comman public about the POOR SERVICES OF RELIANCE MONEY.
