Reliance Net Connection — authentication error using reliance net data connection

have a complain regarding reliance net data connection. Its showing an authentication data card is not exist using reliance net data connection. My Data card no. is [protected] Iam not able to access my internet since last week. The customer service is not at all responding well to this problem seriously. Kindly consider it as fast as possible.

please never get into the reliance net connection for ever, they are providing service still..
once a had a complain abt the connection before i pay my bill, but they ensure me they will cure my net problem after i pay my bill.
so that i paid my bill, but wats is the result, they are not at all responding my words after i pay, and this is third month after paying my bill, still im complaining but they are not coming to see to the complin..
but again they want me to pay my next bill also without using the connection..
they are really really , please my friends never get into that connection...
