Reliance Net Connection — misbehaviour from reliance people

i have disconnected my reliance net connecton in december'2009 but from reliance side i have received calls many times to give the payment, reliance people behaved very badly with me and i have not received any details or itemised bills against those calls, does reliance force us against those false dues where i did not use this connection for last 3months? so i will not pay a single penny if i"ll not receive any itemised bills.my billing account number is-[protected]
