Reliance Postpaid Mobile Connection — Mobile connection not activated | |||
I applied for AIRTEL Post paid mobile connection on[protected] and paid Rs.500/- towards advance and activation charges. I supplied all the documents required and SIM No.[protected] was issued to me immediately. I was told that I will get a SMS on my mobile ([protected]) within a few hours indicating the available numbers with an option for me to choose the preferred number from the available. In spite repeated phone calls to the person ( Mr. Sukantho :[protected]) who collected the amount, I have not received any SMS and the mobile is not activated. They kept me waiting for 8 days and now they say that my documents are not clear. I was given broadband connection by the same Airtel at the same address only a couple of weeks back. I am already using another Airtel mobile. It is really funny and strange that Airtel could not activate post paid mobile even after 8 days. I have once again sent scanned copies of all documents. If they fail to allot the number and activate the mobile immediately, I want them to return my amount of Rs.500/- along with the documents and photo. Was this information helpful? | |||
